Team Leaders
A team leader ensures the safety and extraction of his team. Raids are conducted with detail, quality and adhering to a high standard.
Pointman/Breachers
Use a dedicated Pointman in order to quickly establish an operational formation. An important role in which a Pointman must be comfortable selecting routes, methods of entry and paths to extraction. All while being ready to appropriately respond to contact.
Area of Responsibility
Each member of the fireteam is defined an area of responsibility before raids with specific detail in order for us to operate effectively without confusion or hesitation.
Objective & Route
Form a detailed mission plan and use intelligence in an attempt to achieve victory and complete objectives. Reduce routine movement, use deceptive plans and during movement, dispersion and speed should vary, but movement should be controlled. Ensure you utilize formations when best suited and be flexible where necessary.
Ammunition & Equipment
Prepare for your missions, coordinate ammunition, check equipment necessary for quests and role specific items.
Identifying Features
Predetermine what uniforms and identifying features to use beforehand in order to quickly identify friendly forces in any situation.
Medics/Medical Equipment
We employ a medic role to ensure that we have extra medical supplies brought into missions. Medics are tasked with issuing extra medical equipment if needed.
Water/Rations/Personal First Aid
We ensure you have enough supplements for an extended time in the field and especially enough medical equipment to sustain your own life.
Order Of March
We establish an OOM before the raid begins, this ensures that we can operate together without friction, negating friendly fire and putting confidence in your fireteam. Be flexible but stick to formations where best applicable.
Approved Kit List
We maintain an end-game tier kit list, it must be cross referenced with current practices and is in no way final but you can get an idea of what levels of kit people should be implementing (as early as practically possible).
Dedicated Team Med Kit
Our designated medics have a practical and functioning team med kit with the ability to sustain our team members lives (keep in mind that in the future eft will be open world and raids will be significantly more difficult).
